Christopher Evatt, New Zealander, is an expert on how people and  organisations can apply their human capabilities for enhanced energy, well being and extraordinary achievement. From a life-time assisting people to fully use their potential to improve their lives and work, he has developed a range of principles and methods supported by quantum physics and neuro science. They are micro-macro thinking, creative thought for organisational renewal, the liberating power of transparency, lateral thinking for break-through ideas and how to create sustainable outcomes beyond the normal. He co-founded learning forums for Finnish executives and professionals to develop their natural capabilities, expand their understandings of human potential and to support one another.

 

As well as being a highly-rated inspirational speaker on people- empowerment, he mentors leaders of family owned businesses on  succession and lectures at universities in New Zealand, Australia and Finland on service design, entrepreneurship, leadership, work-life  relating skills and the living organisation.

At Laurea University of Applied Science, Finland, he is an Advisory Board Member for their Service Innovation Design masters program and has partnered with University Of Cambridge to develop methods and managerial tools to develop internationally competitive co-creation service concepts. For his company being New Zealand’s most empowering work place and for  his “..outstanding contributions...” he has received awards from the United Nations and the Prime Ministers of Australia and New Zealand  and was nominate for the title of World Class New Zealander.
